You meant the bacteria on your skin not your skin and we use the term resistance, not tolerance when talking about the lost effectiveness of an antibiotic. Common bacteria on the skin which are associated with acne vulgaris are less likely resistant to clindamycin but it may occur in rare cases. Take care.
