I feel you're experiencing significant side effects from this medication. One of the ingredients, domperidone, is not available in the U.S. & I can see why when I read the list of possible side effects and the massive list of medications that should not be taken along with it. While your BP is not a concern, your inappropriately rapid heart rates are a concerning effect. Notify your prescribing MD
