The most reliable treatment for chlamydia, now the treatment of choice, is doxycycline for 7 days. The treatments you had also are very good, but perhaps not 100% effective. See a doctor to confirm recurrence of urethritis. (The main symptom is discharge from the penis, sometimes uncomfortable urination. Urinary urgency or pain with urination, without discharge, usually isn't urethritis. Good luck
