When she comes home make sure that she is enrolled in an early childhood program, operated by the state or private centers. Therapists can work to maximize skill development. The outcome would be poorer if she is not given access to these programs. The eventual outcome of those who survive to come home is often better than anyone would predict. By age 3-4 you often have an idea.
