I had gastric sleeve surgery 11 months ago, but today i ate a biscuit with chocolate & coffee. then i had half a whole wheat pie made with cheese& meat. after that, i had coffee with an apple. then i experienced hypoglycemia? answer plz?

You dont get hypoglycemia after eating. You should hve a dietician advise you about what and how much to eat in view of your surgery. Good luck
