If you do not already have a known seizure disorder, almost certainly nothing will happen. Flashing lights triggering seizures is far more common in fiction literature and movies than in real life. Don't worry about it.

If you did indeed have untreated epilepsy and were exposed to photic stimulation at provocative frequencies, a seizure could occur. This would happen at the time of light exposure, NOT later. This might also trigger a migraine headache if you were to be a migraineur. If your worry about catastrophe becomes compromising, suggest counseling.
