Yes: A Taser shoots electrical voltage through the ends into the muscles most adjacent to where they attach or contact. There are cases in the medical literature of persons who were tased in the head region who then had seizures. There are also cases where persons who had underlying heart conditions and were tased developed heart arrhythmias.
