Was told i have a fatty tumor in stomach. should it be removed?

Depends: If the fatty tumor is a lipoma, it is benign but excision may be recommended for large tumors and/or with symptoms like obstruction, bleeding, pain, and if there is a concern for malignancy. Your management should be based on your doctor's recommendations given your exact clinical picture.
