The main cause of strong vaginal odor is bacterial vaginosis, an overgrowth of mostly normal bacteria. STDs are more common in women with BV, so it's good you were tested with negative results. Diet and water have nothing to do with BV, and neither does methamphetamine. Your doctor should have been able to easily diagnose and treat BV; maybe find a (different?) gynecologist. All know BV very well.

There can be many reasons for foul odors from vagina and getting labs might not give the answer. A godd vaginal/pelviic exam is needed. Pl get one. In the meantime just clean with mild soap/water. Good luck
