I have gold's stage 4 copd and am having an exacerbation. i recently lost my pulmonologist and my gp wants to increase my trelegy from 100 to 200. recommended dosage is 100. okay to do so, short term/long term. some guidance please?

Every case is unique and no distant forum advisor can give as good advice as the doctor(s) you are seeing in person. Effective management requires a lot more information about you COPD, your symptoms, and so on. Follow your GP's advice while you also find (or request referral to) a new pulmonologist. Good luck.
