It would depend what medications you are referring to but, in general, medications would be at least partially absorbed by 2 hours. If you have no further diarrhea, you should be ok to continue your medications at your next dose. If you continue to have diarrhea, you should be in touch with the doctor who is prescribing these meds for further instructions. Good luck to you!
