Doubtful: Probably not related, but check with your doctor. The amount of cortisol in your milk depends upon your dose and how long you have been taking it. Usually it is not enough to affect the baby.

Very unlikely: It is totally normal for an 11 month to have very little hair. Do talk to your doctor about getting help for your anxiety though. You sound like you really want to do the right thing for your son and there are lots of good treatments for anxiety. Best wishes to both of you.

Don't worry: Most of your hormones are present in breast milk, but in minute quantities compared to those baby makes every day. Don't worry and don't get your medical information from friends, tv or the internet. He doesn't get anything from your Hydrocortisone cream and breastfeeding has many beneficial qualities.
