Did you have any surgery in the left pelvis area before? If not, are the clips in those area identical? People with previous abdominal surgery, clips are always seen with plain X-ray and they are harmless. Good luck.

Surgical clips left in are metal and seen on xrays. You appear to have had a cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal) in the past . Also there are surgical clips in the left deep pelvic region and I would assume from that you also had surgery on possibly your left ovary or something else on the lower left side. If not a second surgery, then they are from the gallbladder surgery - dislodged clips?
