No: Please seek urgent medical attention as the 2 potentially serious conditions that may need to be ruled out here are postoperative chest infection and pulmonary embolus (clot). (There are other a few other possibilities too). Please see your doctor urgently for examination. You may need urgent tests done such as electrocardiogram, blood tests, chest X-ray and possibly a CT scan to sort it.
