Do you recommend embolization or microsurgical subinguinal varicocelectomy for left sided varicocele (grade 2 or 3) ? what are the considerations to be taken for deciding?

In trained hands both procedures are good. Surgery is more effective as it removes the pathology (abnormality where as embolization may or may nopt be fully effective due to less control
