I'd pain in right testis, due to big left varicocele, had varicocelectomy 36 days ago, now right sided pain slowly disapears, how's this possible?
I had grade 3 vericocele(2.5 -3.0mm) so got left varicocelectomy done 3.5 months ago. To help with pain doc gave me methylcobalamin 1500mcg tablet. Taking it since 1 month..but still dull pain in testis,recent USG shows(1.5-2.0mm) veins,is it fine?

Underwent left varicocelectomy for grade 3 vericocele 4.5 months ago. Before surgery..sperm count was 50 million, motility(active+sluggish) 25%+10%..in recent test,count is 22 million, motility(active+sluggish) is 35%+20%.why count less after surgery?
