Midfoot pain but mostly on the side of the midfoot. it started on the left foot then got transferred to the right. asking for a friend whos also 26 years old and hes not an athlete though hes kinda overweight?

You may want to suggest that your friend get a good foot wears that provide support for his feet such that there is less strain especially with the type of terrain he may have to walk on.
