I see millions of little gray/black dots in my vision. the eye doctor said it was floaters. are they floaters and is there anything i can do about them?

Floaters: Floaters are protein clumps from the fibrous part of your vitreous fluid. Typically brought about from oxidation. Focus more on anti-oxidants and look into a low glycemic diet.
