Sexual dreams and ejaculation occur in people who do not have frequent sex- and also occur in people who do- normally. it is said to be an uncontrolled result of abstinence. It is normal and nothing to be ashamed of. In certain cultures it is considered to be 'bad', embarrassing- it should not be. Finding a sexual outlet might decrease this . Good luck
