No: But it's still a good thing. You need to get straight in your mind that sexual thoughts, sexual dreams, erections and nocturnal emissions ("wet dreams") are normal, natural, and good. There's nothing "spiritual" about trying to suppress who you are, or the equipment you've been given to give and receive love and perhaps someday become a father. Talk with a sensible guy -- maybe even dad.
