I decided to stop fighting to be the best student . i cant do this anymore . everything i do is not enough and i feel like i am not valuable of anything. my efforts is never going to pay off . i stopped being ambitious and dedicated to anything ?

You just need to be good, no need to be the best or perfect. If you have too much stress, please talk with a counselor or a psychiatrist. Take care.

There is always going to some one better than you, and eventually some one better than that person. As long as you felt that you were the best and accomplished a great deal than, it will be recognized at later date. Your efforts will pay off and when you look in a mirror you will know and see a winner. Remember, winners never quit, and quitters never win.

You are fighting in relative to others rather than running your race, may be a problem, rather than depression. You are discouraged because you are trying to compare with others that have different talents than what you have. It's preferred that you realize what you are talented at and enjoy doing and to do that the best you can without comparing with others but to improve on your skill with time.
