Is it normal not to feel anything during an cervical swab for chlamydia? i had my test done, after few seconds my obgyn said that its already finished but i did not feel any sensation, i did not notice anything on the cotton swab too?

This is entirely normal. There are no pain nerves in the cervix. That you didn't "notice anything" on the swab also is reassuring; it suggests there is no abnormal color in your cervical fluids, which in turn is a possible sign your chlamydia test will be negative.
