It is best that you do not touch it. The inflammation would go down when left untouched; however to increase the speed of resolution you could try using a clay like mask first and after washing away use acne gel that works best for you, that is likely to reduce you manipulating it, and making the inflammation worse. It is best to use acne wash and gel in the future to reduce chances of break out.
