For more than a week now i have had an irritated blackhead on my nose. i've had blackheads before but this one is red & swollen. i tired to get it out but it is too painful to touch. now it is even more red and visible. how can i treat this?

R/O CELLULITIS: Cellulitis is a superficial skin infection that can be caused after an abrasion or pustule . Keep the area clean and apply topical antibiotics. Seek prompt evaluation for potential need of oral antibiotics. Avoid expressing the pustule .
