Toddlers diarrhea: Your child has chronic diarrhea which is known as toddlers diarrhea. Because he has diarrhea he may be producing lots of gas which can cause abdominal pain. Also because of the diarrhea check to see if he has a rectal fissure.

See a pediatrician: This should be looked into carefully. If not an infectious diarrhea (which is always possible) you must exclude inflammatory bowel diseases. Take him to a knowledgeable pediatrician and have him seen soon. Hope this is minor and he will be better quickly.
