See doctor: There are many potential answers but i suspect the problem is viral unless it persists for more than a week. Gi symptoms (aside from uc or crohn's) are not particular to autoimmune disease but the drugs (plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine) or nsaids) used to treat it may be an issue. You need to talk to your rheumatologist about these problem as well.
