Zero risk from social kissing. Maybe very slight risk from sexual (open mouth, tongue) kissing, but even this is very unlikely. In the four decades of the worldwide HIV/AIDS pandemic, there have been few if any cases transmitted by kissing. Best to avoid sexual kissing with HIV infected persons or those at high risk, but little risk if it happens from time to time.
