Can you get hiv from kissing and oral sex?

No, probably not: Kissing -- no. That's a good thing. Oral sex is a very inefficient way of transmitting the disease, to either partner and whether the recipient is a man or a woman. Studies give different results but all the retrospective ones have been based on what people say they've done. However -- oral sex, especially unprotected, puts both people at risk for gonorrhea (you don't want that) and more.

HIV shouldn't: Occur from kissing. Hiv may be transmitted if infected fluids (semen, vaginal secretions, blood) come in contact w inflamed tissue/ sore/ulceration in throat or mouth. This is a rarer mode of transmission.
