No risk: Possible? Maybe, at least theoretically. But if so, it is extremely unlikely. Of the milliions of people infected worldwide in the 30+ years of hte known HIV/AIDS epidemic, none are known to have been acquired by kissing. Among other things, saliva kills HIV -- which is one reason why oral sex also carries little or no risk of HIV.

No: No more than anybody is going to get pregnant that way. It just doesn't happen, Mike. Don't let anybody get you worried. Now, you can get infectious mononucleosis, CMV, herpes, gonorrhea, and syphilis doing this. I'd say it's often worth the risk. Best wishes.
