With treatment: It is feasible for an HIV +ve woman to have marriage and children. However, you ought to disclose your health status to any prospective partner, before having sex. You must get treatment and treatment can reduce your viral load to a low enough level that you may not infect your husband and not pass the virus to your child. The key is getting proper treatment and being fully compliant with it.

Yes indeed!: With proper medical care, HIV infections can be very well controlled, with near normal life span and little or no risk of transmission to sex partners or, for women, to their babies. But this is possible only with high quality medical care by a doctor or clinic with lots of experience in managing HIV infections; and requires careful adherence to treatment, follow-up clinic visits, etc. Good luck!
