You need a moisturizer that can be bought OTC. Cetaphil works for me when I itch. If no result, consult your urologist.

You either have a local allergy , dermatitis or a similar condition which needs exam and then precise treatment. Pl see a urologist. In the meantime keep area clean, stop antifungal soap, use local cortisone ointment and wear a cotton under wear. Good luck
