Sure. But...: Why? There are many multivitamins without fish oil. Just shop around. However, you are wasting your time and money with multivitamins. They do nothing for you. If you have a specific vitamin deficiency, then take that vitamin. Otherwise, save your money and get a gym membership. Exercise has proven health benefits. Multivitamins, not so much.
