Plasma glucose in fasting state is a better test and your result in normal. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

Cannot diagnose without a HbA1c easily. .One glucose unless very high is of no help early on. Do you have family history? How are you eating and how much do you weight are important factors that predict if you have o r will get DM. A classic GTT is the standard.
