Not aware of this: Reaction attributed to anxiety. However, one of the common reactions to xanax (alprazolam) is impaired coordination. Cognitive-behavioral therapy is a better choice for learning how to deal with your anxiety. You also mentioned you had ear irrigation. Did your pcp consider vestibulitis as a possible diagnosis?
