Bacteria in the ejaculate is a rarity and possibly a contamination from the outer urinary tube or acquired during collection. Bacteria in sperm does not cause ED as erection mechanism is not related to sperms - which come out at the climax of ejaculation. So no connection. Good idea to get another sample with precaution to avoid contamination. For RD pl see a Urologist. Good luck
