It could be some secretion frm the glands lining the urethra(urinary passageway in the penis) or some drops of urine left after voiding. So pl make sure all urine comes out after you finished voiding. If it is not causing any problem then dont sqeeze it out and it maight stop by itself.

When I poop in the morning, I sometimes have a whitish/clearish discharge from my penis. All STD/UTI tests came back negative. Is it prostate fluid from straining, or can sexual thoughts at night cause this discharge?
