These can be taken in any order as they work on different systems and have no interaction between them. So take them if you need them but remember that Xanax is addictive.

Xanax and Flexeril together have a drug interaction that can cause moderate CNS depression. Xanax has a half-life elimination approx 12.5 hours. Three half-lives is considered reasonable, so after 37 hours. Always monitor symptoms and side effects with new medications
