Hi dear dr, i am 14 wk pregnant i had cervical cercilage before 2 wks ,i did ultrasound every thing is fine apart having thin subchorionic hematoma (0.3cm*1.5cm) no bleeding,i have flight ,gestational age to be which is best to flight with cercilage?

Please discuss with your OB doctor about the travel plan. It seems you have risk for miscarriage so you should only travel if the hematoma gets much smaller or resolved before the travel. I would prefer a repeat ultrasound before week 20 and if hematoma has resolved or shrunken then you can book your flight after 20th week. Good luck.
