You should contact your family doctor for advice. Ciprofloxacin is not often used for treating sinusitis unless you are diabetic and infection with gram negative organism such as pseudomonas, klebsiella, etc. is strongly suspected. Prednisone can be taken along with antibiotic if indicated. Good luck.
