For last few days feel a little itchy all around body which moves about. no rash when i scratch. on occasions have felt the odd burning sensation. within the past week, have been out in the sun and have also used hair dye. any ideas? thanks so much?

Skin dryness from sun exposure and/or substances released from your exposure to the hair dye are possibilities here. Look for a rash or skin reaction around the scalp line. I recommend taking antihistamines,using a moisturizer or Eucerin if skin looks dry and using a different hair dye in the future.
