3 weeks ago, i had diarrhea. since then and until now, poop is leaking out and is staining my underwear. i always clean my butt from time to time as it itch and smell. now, the skin near and above the anus is sensitive to the touch. what is it?

There are many causes of diarrhea. Some like giardia infection can be chronic. a typical course of chronic Giardia is intermittent loose stool. this can cause stool leakage which can then irritate the fragile anal skin. Talk to your Dr about testing for Giardia and getting treatment.
