I got a hep a total test result back positive -high so i know i have antibodies to help a. . how do i know if this is from the vaccine or a current/recent breakthrough infection?

This can only be differentiated if you had both a total anti-HAV test and IgM test.The total is positive with both past infection or vaccination; the IgM is positive with current infection, recent infection, or recent vaccine.
