24 YEAR OLD ACNE: Could be your diet. Stop nuts and peanut butter. Stop chocolate; cut down on dairy products. Wash with neutrogena acne wash and apply a bpo (benzoyl peroxide) cream or lotion -- something like clearasil -- on the affected areas at night. If it persists, see a dermatologist who may prescribe an oral antibiotic for you.

Staph infection: It could be from clogged pores, like pimples. But recurrent boils on the back can be sometimes due to infection from a special type of bacteria, called staph. Sometimes antibiotics are needed. May want to talk with your doctor.
