My boyfriend is complaining of pain in abdomen and testicle and the pain is hurting him for the past 3 days he says his stomach feels very bloated i checked his blood pressure and it's at a normal reading what could the problem be he is 58 yrs of age?

He needs to be evaluated by a health care provider. Normal blood pressure does not help much in the diagnosis, unfortunately. Good luck to your boyfriend.

It could be from one of many things in the abdomen or testicle. It is time for him to be checked now- his doc/ urgent care/ er whichever is faster. Wishing him well
