I assume you meant vaginal bleeding. A change in vaginal pH can change the metallic smell of the iron in your blood and make it stronger. If you have no other symptoms then you can neglect it. Dehydration can make the urine smell stronger but not the menses. If the blood is just from an accidental cut then it is difficult to explain, may be your nose is more sensitive today than usual. Dehydration does not cause any odors in blood. If bled from the vaginal area then some bacteria and shed vaginal cells can cause an odor- and should be checked
