I had to draw blood two weeks ago (both arms). the puncture was healing, now two weeks later on both arms it appeared a small painless and superficial red lump on puncture. i had a severe crisis of stress before. why two weeks later and is it normal?

It is less likely a phlebotomy complication will occur after 2 weeks and I do not think that lesion has anything to do with your recent stressful crisis. There is nothing to concern with the current finding, just observe it and I expect it go away in a couple days. You can see doctor if the lump gets bigger or other symptoms develop. Good luck.
