Mgt: Sometimes infants have a nasal sound or grunt occasionally during sleep. As their sleep patterns consolidate and the upper airway grows this tends to resolve. If you notice the sound during sleep, I would recommend bringing it to the attention of your pediatrician. A virtual appt is available and a recording may be uploaded to you record for review. Your baby should sleep on their back.
