Obesity and sedentary lifestyle are a problem for many medical issues. Even walking for 15 minutes can improve your health. Start slow and short and build up to longer distances as you can. This will improve circulation, lessening edema, increase your stamina, help you lose weight and ultimately decrease the symptoms form POTS. Talk to your Dr about additional therapies available.
