Try to keep a journal and document exactly what is going on when this occurs. Are there any specific actions or motions that cause this, does it happen at a specific time of day/night. What is your condition when this occurs (are you tired, hot, thirsty, etc). Does this happen when you are reading, looking at a computer, or looking off in the distance. Document well and discuss with your Dr.
