Why does my intolerance to heat put such a strain on my heart? if its over maybe 75f, my heart rate can jump up to the 120s easily and stay there before going as far as 180s to 190s. physical activity does make it worse but it happens regardless?

Have you been checked for an overactive thyroid? If not, do so. Other symptoms would include heat intolerance, losing weight despite a good appetite, feeling tense & tremulousness . if no overactive thyroid, inappropriate sinus tachycardia may be the issue.
